The 5-Step Smart Listing Process
Step 1: Free Seller Consultation
We begin with a no-cost consultation, held virtually or in person, to review your property, goals, timeline, and eligibility for our qualification-based listing program. For qualified sellers, optional Buy-Before-You-Sell solutions may also be discussed.
Step 2: Broker Price Opinion (BPO)
We prepare a professional Broker Price Opinion using current market data and comparable sales to determine pricing strategy and optimal market positioning.
Step 3: Listing Agreement & Setup
Once pricing and strategy are approved, the listing agreement is executed and a $500 setup fee is collected. This fee includes professional photography and preparation for market launch. This can happen the same day we first speak.
Step 4: On-Site Launch & Marketing
An agent or authorized representative is on site for yard sign installation and a launch walk-through. Your property is then professionally marketed through the MLS, online syndication, coordinated showings, and open house support.
Step 5: Negotiation, Offer Acceptance & Closing
We manage the transaction from offer through close, including offer review, negotiation strategy, escrow coordination, inspections, appraisals, disclosures, and closing support—delivering a smooth and transparent sale experience.
